does anyone else know the decemberists ?
i heard some of their stuff a few days ago (on last.fm), and i’m really digging them
give them a listen, i’ll pando you some of their stuff if you’d like (just ask) although i’d really urge you purchase some merch (perhaps including a cd) from the artist if you appreciate them.

I love the Decemberists! But I sorta like the stuff from their Castaways and Cutouts album more than the others, but I’m biased because that was the first album I heard from them.
lisa, you should listen to more U2 - the Decemberists will pale in comparision to the might of the Edge and co.
They are quite awesome. I actually went to see Colin, the lead singer guy, on his solo tour. Great stuff.
Love is not a strong enough word to describe my feelings for this band!!I’ve seen them three times, amd met Colin Meloy, the singer/major songwriter of the band,during a solo tour of his recently, and they are definately in my top 10 fave bands.Listen to Picaresque as well, but don’t you just love ‘Clementine” off of Castaways?? So beautiful…..
